By participating in the Hunter’s Moon Parade, I understand that participation may involve risks associated with walking, riding in or on vehicles or floats, handling animals, and other parade-related activities.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and agree to release and hold harmless the Grand Rivers Chamber of Commerce, the City of Grand Rivers, Hunter’s Moon Festival organizers, sponsors, volunteers, employees, and representatives from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my participation in the parade, except where prohibited by law.

I agree to follow all parade rules, safety instructions, and directions provided by parade officials. I understand that I am responsible for the safety and conduct of myself and any participants, vehicles, floats, animals, or equipment included with my entry.

I also grant permission for photographs and video taken during the parade to be used for promotional, tourism, and publicity purposes without compensation.
